The Roots

I have worked in education and childcare for over 20 years, alongside this I have served as a helpful role to those seeking support, help, or advice. In 2020, during a world pandemic, I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about how I could impact on the next generation. I founded Empowered Little Minds with a mission to give parents the tools to support their children's knowledge of the emotions, feelings and have an insight into how their brains work.
